About the position

The Director of Finance at Advantage Resourcing is responsible for managing all accounting functions, driving financial strategy, and assessing financial performance. This role includes overseeing revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting functions and drive financial strategy.
• Assess financial performance, including revenue and expense reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Develop and enforce internal financial policies and procedures.
• Support budget and forecast preparation in collaboration with the regional Vice President.
• Provide financial oversight of sector contracts and support management reporting, including P&L, inventory, AR, AP, and analytical reports.
• Lead and mentor a finance and accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
