About the position

The Director of Finance at RXMD is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic mindset to provide financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The position is fully on-site and involves leading a finance team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital and financial performance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and drive efficiency and profitability.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Controller or Finance Director.
• Thorough understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
