The Director of Financial Reporting at Cooper University Health Care is a pivotal administrative role responsible for overseeing financial and administrative functions within the Institute Strategy leadership structure. This position involves managing budget processes, physician compensation plans, and serving as the primary liaison to the corporate finance department. The Director will compile and analyze financial data to support decision-making for senior leadership, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative oversight for the Institute Strategy leadership structure.
• Act as the point for budget management and physician compensation plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the corporate finance department.
• Compile, review, and analyze financial data including revenue, costs, and variances.
• Administer and maintain physician compensation plans, including contract request forms and goal setting.
• Work with Corporate Finance to perform financial forecasting and analysis.
• Develop, submit, and analyze capital, operating, and statistical budgets.
• Oversee institute revenue cycle operations and ensure accurate charge entry.
• Manage payroll submissions and accounts payable requests.
• Fiscal management of grants and financial software systems reporting.
• Support business planning processes and prepare proposals for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate operational and financial efficiency improvements.
• Manage charge entry processes and reconcile professional services agreements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
