About the position

As the Director of First Impressions, you will be the first point of contact for many at our company, ensuring that our customers, employees, and vendors are well taken care of. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our office staff and field workers, supporting them in their daily tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guests; determining the purpose of each person's visit and directing or escorting them to the appropriate location
• Support various departments by performing clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, data entry, time entry, and preparing documents
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages in a predetermined format
• Receive mail and packages; let the warehouse know if they have an office delivery
• Support the Estimating Department by following up on leads/ client inquiries via the TKE website
• General housekeeping by making sure the robot vacuums, the trash is taken out, the customer restrooms are clean, neat and tidy and the front office is always presentable and clean.

Requirements

• Professional, friendly, punctual, excellent at communication, motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to follow strict instructions is a necessity
• Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word and Excel experience required
• Quickbooks experience is preferred

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
