About the position

The Director of First Impressions at Oakwood Capital serves as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves a variety of operational and clerical duties that support the executive team and enhance client interactions, contributing to the overall client experience and operational efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients as they enter the office or call in.
  • Answer phones for the organization.
  • Schedule appointments for company executives, relationship managers, and accountants.
  • Provide support for the Director of Operations, President, and CEO.
  • Conduct operational and clerical duties supporting various company divisions.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Process mail for various company divisions.
  • Assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; college degree or courses preferred.
  • 3 years of relevant office experience if no college degree is held.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and other business software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
