About the position

The Global Marketing Director for metastatic lung cancers will lead the marketing efforts for the company's products and vaccines, focusing on understanding customer needs through digital listening and patient analytics. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, market penetration, and profitability, while providing commercial leadership and strategic input across multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with cross-functional partners including research and development, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and others to deliver value to customers.
• Provide commercial leadership in product development, Key Opinion Leader engagement, competitive strategy, and market research.
• Maximize physician acceptance, market penetration, and profitability for new product launches.
• Support country marketing and sales organizations and distribution channels for the product line.
• Lead market assessment, disease state strategy, and overall launch strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a scientific focus.
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceuticals or related areas.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in a complex environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical product launches and global marketing.
• Understanding of clinical data and product disease strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA, master's degree, Medical Degree, or Doctorate/PhD.
• Oncology commercial experience and launch experience.
• Country-level marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Data, Analytics & Digital tools for marketing.
