Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
• Develop and implement training programs for new recruits and existing team members.
• Foster a culture of growth and development within the organization.
• Analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.
• Set and exceed sales and recruiting goals.
• Engage with real estate professionals to build relationships and promote the company.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry or in leadership, coaching, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, including P&Ls.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruiting goals.
• Real Estate License is required.
