Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry or in leadership, coaching, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, including P&Ls, to drive business decisions.
  • Proven track record of leadership and influence in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
