Responsibilities

  • Set and exceed sales and recruiting goals.
  • Analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.
  • Foster a culture of growth and development within the organization.
  • Engage with real estate professionals to build relationships and promote company values.
  • Adapt and improve strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry or in leadership, coaching, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence others.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting, including P&Ls.
  • Real Estate License is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
