About the position

MaxHealth is seeking a full-time Director of Healthcare Project Management to enhance internal communication and organization within the company. This role is pivotal in supporting the senior management team and ensuring the effective execution of various healthcare projects, aligning with the organization's service philosophy and values.

Responsibilities

• Manage meeting agendas, including minutes and follow-up tasks.
• Act as an internal liaison for all company divisions.
• Assist HR Director with special projects related to employee engagement.
• Maintain and adjust ACO REACH project accountability.
• Coordinate content for ACO REACH Board meetings.
• Oversee organization compliance project plans.
• Prepare and coordinate health plan JOC.
• Coordinate Clinic Regional Performance dinners and content.
• Manage clinic performance project plans and data coordination.
• Drive process improvement and efficiencies in clinics.
• Create and manage medical management project plans with leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills for both micro-planning and long-term vision.
• Proficient in computer and communication equipment usage.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and physicians.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of interaction.
• Knowledge of software programs including Word, Outlook, and facility-specific software.
• Ability to take initiative and resolve communication issues independently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
