About the position

The Director of Hospitality Operations for Yachts at Four Seasons is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the luxury hospitality operations aboard the Four Seasons Yacht. This position serves as a key liaison between shipboard teams and third-party partners, ensuring that the yacht delivers best-in-class service and maintains the brand's high standards. The role involves developing operational strategies, enhancing guest experiences, and collaborating with various departments to uphold service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellence in service delivery for Four Seasons Yachts.
• Oversee overall Yacht Hospitality Operations and execution.
• Develop strategic approaches in partnership with Hospitality, F&B, Spa, P&C, Entertainment, IT, Sales & Marketing leaders.
• Collaborate with yacht leadership and third-party partners to create guest journeys and service delivery plans.
• Build and uphold policies, procedures, and service standards for operational clarity.
• Contribute to the operational components of Pre-arrival, Arrival, Guest Services, Guest Rooms, Concierge, Housekeeping, Finance, Laundry, Spa, and Kids for All Seasons.

Requirements

• Hotel degree preferred, with a college or university level education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, and pre-opening/new build operations.
• Previous experience with luxury cruise lines or yachts preferred.
• Ability to travel to the yacht during the pre-opening phase to support operations.
• Must have US work authorization.
