The Director will be responsible for monitoring compliance with FMCSA regulations and ensuring that all driver files are maintained in accordance with current standards. This role also involves promoting and tracking driver performance metrics, which are essential for recognizing and rewarding drivers for their contributions to the company. The Director will schedule and conduct interviews, performance reviews, and exit interviews to gather feedback and improve the overall work environment for drivers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong extraverted personality, a passion for engaging with people, and the ability to navigate conflicts effectively. This position offers flexible hours and a competitive compensation of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Make a connection with each driver to prevent and solve issues before they escalate.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with FMCSA regulations.
