Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's workforce needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports high employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to make informed decisions regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, and oversee the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR Management experience is required.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • SHRM CP or SHRM SCP is a plus.
  • Experience working in Mid-Large sized organizations.
  • Experience working with remote staff and creating employee engagement strategies for remote staff in particular will be a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM CP or SHRM SCP certification.
