About The Position
The Director of Human Resources (HR) is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and managing all HR and Safety operations within RAM Enterprise, Inc. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, driving initiatives that support organizational goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. The Director will manage payroll, employee benefits, recruiting, safety compliance, training, and employee engagement, all while aligning HR initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
