About the position

The Director of Human Resources (HR) and Payroll at Rosemont Care & Rehabilitation Center is responsible for overseeing HR functions and payroll processes within the skilled nursing facility. This role involves managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with personnel policies. The Director will also play a key role in onboarding new hires and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies
  • Coordinating interviews for new staff
  • Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office
  • Performing all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Two years of experience as an HR Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
  • Knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multi-task
