About the position

The Director of Human Resources / People and Culture will lead a comprehensive range of HR functions in a hands-on capacity, acting as a culture carrier and first line of employee relations. This role is crucial for shaping workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and driving strategic business goals within a growing organization. The position requires a leader who can create processes and manage multiple responsibilities in a lean environment, reporting directly to the C-Suite leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HR operational frameworks throughout the organization.
  • Introduce best practices and external insights to guide people-related decision-making.
  • Position the organization as a top employer by attracting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent.
  • Develop and execute Performance Management and Recognition programs aligned with our values and culture.
  • Lead the strategy for total rewards to ensure competitiveness and internal fairness.
  • Stay updated on HR policies and trends, applying relevant strategies to foster a People First approach.
  • Oversee payroll management and benefits administration.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and lead related programs.
  • Create professional development and career advancement pathways.
  • Actively engage in reviewing regulatory compliance and requirements.
  • Establish and track HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of People Programs and Initiatives.
  • Evaluate current People programs and identify opportunities for enhancement based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and trends.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing performance management programs.
  • Ability to conduct compensation benchmarking and manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical skills to establish and track HR metrics.
