The Director of Inclusive Practices for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Aramark is responsible for integrating DEI strategic priorities into HR and business strategies across the organization. This role serves as a subject matter expert and internal consultant, working closely with various teams to implement inclusive practices throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention. The director will also oversee DEI training, manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and ensure that DEI communications are effectively executed.
