About the position

The Director of Indirect Procurement at Reynolds American Inc. is responsible for leading and developing strategic sourcing initiatives for materials and services. The position requires strong leadership, operational execution, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strategic sourcing initiatives for materials and services.
• Drive innovative and sustainable sourcing strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
• Achieve functional targets including savings, cash delivery, and supplier management.
• Inspire and motivate the team through empowerment and positive leadership.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and exceed performance goals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with senior and middle management stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies and demand forecasts into actionable procurement plans.
• Champion diversity, environmental, and social priorities within procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and team management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Coupa.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
