About the position

The Director of Information Technology and Project Management at Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) is responsible for leading the IT resources to meet the technology needs of the organization and its customers. This role involves strategic leadership, operational planning, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project implementation and support for the organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Technology resources of PCHC to meet organizational technology needs.
• Perform strategic, leadership, professional, operational, planning, analytical, and administrative duties.
• Maintain productive relationships with external vendors and contracted support entities.
• Ensure projects and applications are implemented and maintained effectively.
• Demonstrate personal initiative, sound judgment, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, project management, or other business major.
• Three to five years of experience as a manager or director in a relevant field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Project Management and/or EPIC software experience or certification is desired.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by law.
