About the position

The Director of Innovation, Operations & Solutions at Oral Roberts University is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the organization. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the organization.
• Manage all IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
• Supervise the implementation and maintenance of IT server infrastructure and classroom technology.
• Lead the DevOps team processes and help desk operations.
• Identify and assess opportunities for innovation in IT.
• Optimize existing IT processes and systems.
• Design and implement effective solutions to support the university's growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or IT related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science (CS) related field.
• 2 years of experience in the CS/IT field overseeing IT teams and projects.
• Experience working with DevOps, Cloud, and on-prem server infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deploy and maintain reliable cyber environments.
