About the position

The Director of Integrated Production will lead the production process for 2D and 3D motion design projects at 456 Studios. This role involves managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. The director will collaborate with artists, designers, and clients, while also overseeing team dynamics and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall production process for all motion design projects.
• Develop project scope, estimate costs, and create realistic budgets.
• Allocate internal team members and freelance talent effectively.
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with accounts and creatives to understand project needs, goals, and creative vision.
• Provide regular updates to accounts on project progress and budget status.
• Facilitate account feedback sessions and ensure feedback is incorporated effectively.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure they have necessary resources and support.
• Provide feedback to team members and foster professional development.
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Understand the production process and technical requirements of different projects.

Requirements

• Graphic arts/communications degree/diploma or relevant experience in an advertising agency environment.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Producer managing motion 2D and 3D projects.
• Experience working with generative AI technologies in a production environment.
• Experience with AR/VR or other immersive technologies.
• Familiarity with motion capture and real-time 3D rendering workflows.
• Experience working with global production teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues under tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• A degree or certification in project management, production, or a related field would be a valuable asset.
