About the position

The Director of Integration and Transformation within the Office of the CFO is responsible for supporting the execution of the CFO's strategy, focusing on analytical problem-solving and creating artifacts that synthesize key insights to drive outcomes. This role emphasizes driving integration opportunities across future acquisitions related to the Finance organization and executing proactive transformation opportunities. The position requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to present complex information simply for effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Drive integration opportunities across the enterprise related to future acquisitions.
  • Lead tactical project management of various workstreams of varying complexity and time criticality.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and identify key action items and insights.
  • Actively seek ways to improve processes to create efficiencies and execute transformation and integration opportunities.
  • Understand the business to identify areas for increased efficiency.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a business field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, operations, transformation, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and MS Excel, including advanced tools and formulas, complex tables, and charts.
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and similar presentation tools.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels of management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate the big picture.
  • Proven experience working in a matrix environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders and functions.
