About the position

This position will direct, supervise, and manage all sales and operational activities, policies and strategies related to international markets and customers. Provide strategic leadership and direction to leaders on the Sales (external & internal) teams. Implement and manage marketing programs, initiatives and product development working with internal team members.

Responsibilities

• Work with other senior executives to create, execute and document key strategy and growth initiatives targeted at developing Hatco's presence in mature and emerging international markets.
• Manage day-to-day sales, marketing and operational efforts within key international markets based on a sound strategic plan.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage efforts of international sales reps and distributors in accordance with agreed upon Company sales strategies and business plans.
• Maintain updated information on all territory activity including maintenance of customer databases and sales history.
• Provide monthly reports on international sales performance, key opportunities and important operational activities taking place in all international markets.
• Identify, create and foster relationships that can contribute to our success with potential industry partners.
• Work cross functionally with sales leaders, marketing and engineering teams developing go to market strategies and execution.
• Manage international strategy planning and growth within the entities associated with Hatco.
• Support the development, management, and oversight of departmental budgets to achieve department budget goals.

Requirements

• Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to travel of 50% - 60% of the time.
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sales Force.
• Possess strong negotiation skills.
