The Director of Learning and Development is tasked with overseeing comprehensive learning and development initiatives for company employees, encompassing onboarding, updated training on technologies, and methodologies. The Director of L&D will strategically develop and implement training plans, addressing competency gaps, enhancing performance, and supporting sales enablement and large-scale change efforts in alignment with the Prolink business strategy. Leveraging instructional design methodologies, the Director of L&D will create and deliver diverse learning curricula, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to execute a continually improving training strategy. The role extends to overseeing nationwide production and fulfillment training, ensuring the readiness of both new hires and existing team members for success while contributing to overall organizational goals. The overall mission of this role is to develop talents to build and reinforce company culture, enable business performance today and tomorrow, and continuously improve L&D productivity.
