About the position

The Director of Learning Operations at CoreNet Global is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, logistics, and faculty management of learning programs. This role aims to create supportive learning environments for corporate real estate professionals, driving growth in event registrations and enhancing member engagement through innovative program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule all virtual and in-person designation and professional development seminars.
  • Manage event logistics related to learning programs.
  • Oversee the faculty program, ensuring a pool of qualified faculty for events globally.
  • Plan designation and professional development learning events, both virtual and classroom-based.
  • Drive growth in learning event registrations to increase learning revenues.
  • Provide on-site support for in-person seminars and host virtual seminars as needed.
  • Develop and coordinate strategic marketing plans to promote seminars to participants.
  • Manage content revision schedules and support new learning content development.
  • Ensure corporate partners and learning sponsors receive their contractual benefits.
  • Build relationships with companies for complimentary seminar venues.
  • Collaborate with all CoreNet Global departments to promote membership and event attendance.
  • Offer innovative ways to repurpose existing programs to increase engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in education or adult learning.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in Learning, Professional Development, Membership, or Certification roles.
  • Proven results in a member or customer-centric environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Advanced competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in hosting/producing Zoom meetings with breakout rooms.
  • Proficiency with Association Management Systems or CRM databases.
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and business communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Track record in developing and executing successful professional programs.
