About the position

The Director of Market Operations at Sage Dental is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple dental practices in the East Atlanta area. This role focuses on providing leadership and support to Office Managers, ensuring compliance with procedures, and achieving strong financial results while prioritizing patient care and satisfaction. The position is integral to the company's growth and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a group of multi-specialty dental practices.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Office Managers.
• Ensure financial and operational success of the practices.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and protocols in the office.
• Build trust and respect with Office Managers and staff.
• Focus on patient care and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Three to five years of related multi-unit dental office supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of financial statements.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent self-starter with the ability to work well with other team members.
• Strong knowledge of dental practice management software, preferably Dentrix.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.
• Willingness to regularly travel throughout the assigned area.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a Dental Support Organization (DSO).
• Familiarity with patient-centric care practices.
