The Director of Marketing and Admissions at Centerville Health and Rehab is responsible for managing the admissions process and ensuring that census goals are met. This role involves collaborating with the facility Leadership Team and Home Office Clinical Liaison to maintain targeted occupancy levels and manage customer flow effectively. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing quality care in a supportive and positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet census goals by collaborating with the Leadership Team and Clinical Liaison.
• Manage the facility's customer flow and admissions process.
• Oversee referral management and admission sign-in through post-admission.
• Maintain targeted occupancy levels of the facility.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in a healthcare environment.
• Long term care experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and other caregivers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
