About the position

The Director of Marketing and Client Services at Mike Meldrum Associates is responsible for driving revenue and providing exceptional service through effective CRM management, innovative marketing strategies, and proactive client communication. This role involves overseeing CRM operations, engaging with clients, coordinating marketing efforts, and planning events to enhance client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all CRM operations, including database organization, communication, automations, and action plans.
  • Develop and research creative templates and action plans within the CRM to generate new, repeat, and referral business.
  • Manage phone calls, text messages, and email campaigns to stay engaged with the database.
  • Engage active buyers weekly to review home searches and schedule showings, ensuring each property aligns with client preferences.
  • Review properties for relevance and suitability before scheduling showings.
  • Facilitate pre-approval for new buyer leads with lenders or confirm proof of funds for cash purchases.
  • Schedule buyer consultations and coordinate with the transaction coordinator to prepare necessary documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling listing appointments and preparing related documents in collaboration with the transaction coordinator.
  • Partner with the media team to schedule video shoots and strategize on creative content, including video and social media marketing ideas.
  • Work with the website development team to implement changes.
  • Develop content for monthly mailers and ensure timely execution in collaboration with the Director of Operations (DOO).
  • Assist the Director of Operations in planning and executing (2-3) client events, managing invitations, RSVPs, and client takeaways.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 strategy meetings with leadership to discuss content creation, marketing, and process improvement.
