About the position

The Director of Marketing and Digital Engagement (DMDE) at Five Towns College is responsible for managing and executing the college's marketing and communication strategy. This role involves developing and overseeing creative content across various media, ensuring effective messaging to all college constituents, and maintaining an active presence in campus life. The DMDE will lead advertising, marketing, and public relations campaigns, coordinate international marketing initiatives, and manage online media and platforms used by the college.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the marketing and communication strategy for the College.
• Develop, execute, and manage creative content for traditional and digital media.
• Lead advertising, marketing, and public relations campaigns.
• Maintain an active presence in campus life to understand the institution and its goals.
• Target and reach all College constituents, including students, faculty, and external partners.
• Coordinate international marketing initiatives with external representatives.
• Oversee all online media, websites, and auxiliary sites utilized by the College.
• Coordinate efforts of internal marketing associates and external consultants.

Requirements

• Outstanding oral, written, and public presentation communication skills.
• Social media relationship building and management skills.
• Email marketing experience and skills.
• Experience managing Google campaigns with strong Google Analytics skills.
• Proficiency with video editing, graphic design, HTML, and Adobe.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external associates.
• Strong data analytics skills to track impressions and leads.
