The Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy at Eagle Ranch is a pivotal role responsible for leading a team dedicated to enhancing and expanding the Eagle Ranch brand. This position is crucial in representing excellence in providing resources, community, and programming for struggling children and families in Georgia. The Director will oversee the integration of a refreshed brand strategy, which was updated in late 2023, ensuring that it resonates across all organizational touchpoints, both internally and externally. Internally, the Director will engage with leaders across various program services and work closely with the Development team to support the organization's marketing efforts. Externally, the role involves managing relationships with agencies and vendors while ensuring that the voice of Eagle Ranch's client base remains central to all marketing and communications initiatives. The Director will be responsible for developing and managing an annual strategic plan and budget, leading a team of two full-time direct reports, and being an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team at Eagle Ranch. This role will also focus on identifying opportunities to elevate brand awareness and stewarding brand messaging and visual identity to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization. In terms of marketing and engagement, the Director will design and implement targeted campaigns aimed at informing and engaging Eagle Ranch's primary audience, particularly women seeking help for their families. This includes developing a digital marketing strategy to position Eagle Ranch as a vital resource for child and family needs in Georgia. Additionally, the Director will create campaigns for Eagle Ranch donors, focusing on maintaining engagement with long-term supporters while cultivating relationships with new donors. Public relations responsibilities include managing the Eagle Ranch brand in local media relations, providing resources to internal teams, planning strategic media initiatives, and responding to media inquiries. The Director will also create media kits, press releases, and talking points to effectively communicate the organization's mission and initiatives.
