The Community Liaison will develop referral relationships with referral sources, clients and their families, as well as community organizations. The Director will promote the Griswold Home Care brand and reinforce our mission to provide compassionate care to seniors and their families. This position requires a deep understanding of the needs of older adults and their families, offering tailored solutions to enhance their quality of life. The Community Liaison will support and build the Griswold Home Care brand through various strategies aimed at establishing strong referral relationships within the community. Key responsibilities include participating in community educational activities, representing Griswold Home Care at networking events, and meeting with prospective clients to introduce our services. The role also involves coordinating and responding to digital lead referrals, developing and executing social media campaigns, and collaborating with the corporate marketing department to create necessary print materials. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving revenue growth and will communicate effectively with agency stakeholders regarding issues that impact the quality of care and growth of the agency. This position reports to the Agency Director and may require working outside of normal hours to participate in marketing activities and meet with prospective clients. Travel within the agency territory is a requirement, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 75%.
