The Director of Marketing Data Solutions will lead a high performing team of Analytics and Data Engineering professionals. This role will be accountable for designing, engineering, delivering, and running of key data assets and related data processing to support Analytics, Reporting and Data Science needs of our B2B & B2C Marketing and Sales Enablement Business Partners. This role is expected to identify and initiate opportunities for innovation, data quality enhancements, process improvements and automation all contributing to enhancing the operational excellence of the team. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. This position requires close collaboration with business partners to understand their needs and prioritize competing demands. The Director will build and maintain roadmaps aligned to short, medium, and long-term business needs, while owning the planning, building, and running of various B2B and B2C data and analytics assets and related processes. The role also involves engineering and maintaining robust data solutions, data architectures, data pipelines, and data assets that meet or exceed performance, scalability, and compliance requirements. Compliance with Information security, Privacy, and Data governance policies is essential, as is the implementation of data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Director will manage analytics and data engineering team members with varying technical and functional skill levels, creating a respectful and growth-minded environment. Coaching, guiding, and supporting team members will be key to fostering their development.
