About the position

As the Director of Demand Generation at Velsera, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns that generate high-converting leads and new sales. This role involves collaboration with sales, channel, and client success teams to support growth across the go-to-market organization, with a focus on B2B healthcare technology and services, particularly in the field of Omics.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a cohesive demand generation strategy across the various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Develop and execute campaign plans designed to meet bookings goals across the US and EMEA.
  • Collaborate with resident experts to develop and execute a content plan that optimizes funnel performance.
  • Contribute to the harmonization of go-to-market plans and enable sales with playbooks.
  • Mentor and manage a small in-house team of campaign leaders, marketing operations, and BDRs.
  • Manage the marketing demand gen budget for conferences, content development, and third-party activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day activity and conversion accountability for the BDR team.
  • Analyze all campaigns and iterate plans to optimize the funnel.
  • Set, measure, track, and report on marketing contribution and program goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide marketing and outbound prospecting strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in marketing within a healthcare technology company, specifically Omics.
  • Knowledge of marketing to stakeholders involved in precision medicine.
  • Experience in management and team leadership of small marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability around program measurement and ROI.
  • Proficiency across at least two different channels within B2B marketing.
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital marketing, ABM, channel marketing, or PR/AR.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Terminus, and Unbounce.
