About the position

The Director of Marketing, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations at Anthology is responsible for leading the demand generation strategy and overseeing the marketing operations team. This role focuses on implementing integrated marketing campaigns and full lifecycle lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in the EdTech sector. The director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and will utilize various marketing technologies to optimize processes and measure campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing demand generation programs that drive lead generation and customer acquisition in the EdTech space
  • Developing programs to support customer adoption and retention efforts supporting Customer Success Marketing
  • Leading the execution and implementation of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring alignment and integration of marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Supporting the development and implementation of account-based marketing strategies to target key accounts
  • Establishing lead tracking and reporting processes to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Managing marketing operations to optimize efficiency and streamline processes
  • Overseeing the marketing team's tools, data, automation, and integrations
  • Maintaining data accuracy within systems and managing data flows
  • Developing and executing a marketing technology vision
  • Auditing and evaluating the existing tech stack to optimize lead processing, automation, measurement, and overall business value
  • Implementing new technologies that align with business goals
  • Ensuring compliance with global and local regulations
  • Developing and executing nurture campaigns to engage leads and drive conversions
  • Collaborating with sales operations, regional Business Development Representatives, and Field Marketing to ensure alignment with sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 10-12 years of marketing experience, focusing on integrated marketing and lead generation
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Eloqua, 6sense, PowerBI
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
