About the position

The Director of Marketing / Digital will drive omnichannel marketing through a deep understanding of both traditional channels (print/catalog, tradeshow etc.) as well as digital strategy overseeing owned websites, fan e-stores, and digital ecomm platforms as well as all performance marketing. This individual will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will manage a team in two locations, as well as agency relationships. This position is based out of our Torrance, CA location. We are looking for a dynamic leader with 7+ years of increasingly responsible Marketing experience. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing strategies and best practices, as well as all forms of digital performance marketing strategies and related KPIs. The candidate should possess technical knowledge of communications, retail marketing, strategy and best practices, and be skilled at managing creative teams and agencies. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to leverage customer/consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs. The candidate should be a strong project manager, capable of being both strategic and tactical, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. An organized and detail-oriented approach, along with a growth mindset, is crucial for success in this role. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement an annual marketing plan guided by our strategic business plan.
  • Develop and deploy digital marketing campaigns across eCommerce and social platforms.
  • Manage the team, agencies and contractors required to execute the marketing plan.
  • Establish, manage and report appropriate KPIs to assess performance and rationalize marketing ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of increasingly responsible Marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing strategies and best practices
