As the Director of Marketing for European Brands/Food Service, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy aligned with customer and market needs to deliver profitable growth and increase market share of assigned multi-country, multi-brand and multiplatform brand(s). You will lead the feasibility process for new products and manage the brand(s), product line(s), and product P&L(s). Your role will involve defining brand positioning and product lines based on market preferences, ensuring that information is kept up to date as market and consumer dynamics evolve. You will develop the annual Brand Plan(s) using qualitative and quantitative data, and execute marketing plans to ensure a consistent brand image throughout all product lines and promotional materials. Additionally, you will manage the strategic relationship with advertising agencies, ensuring that vendors meet service level agreements and that advertising campaigns align with the overall strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in developing, prioritizing, and tracking brand performance metrics, recommending and implementing targeted enhancements. You will also lead product development after the design thinking process, ensuring production feasibility and product performance. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and pricing strategies to meet margin objectives. As a leader, you will be responsible for talent attraction and retention, performance management, and implementing succession planning and development plans for your team. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
