AG Living is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead strategic initiatives for our multifamily real estate portfolio, enhancing property visibility and driving occupancy rates. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining the brand presence across various platforms, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with the overall business objectives. The Director of Marketing will spearhead digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams and executive leadership is essential to create impactful marketing collateral and effectively manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system, specifically HubSpot. In addition to marketing strategy, the Director will be responsible for budget management, which includes creating and overseeing marketing budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing return on investment (ROI). Performance reporting and analysis are critical components of this role, as the Director will develop comprehensive reports on marketing performance, utilizing analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Conducting market research to inform strategies and analyzing metrics to enhance marketing efforts will also be key responsibilities. The Director of Marketing will manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating partner performance to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
