About the position

**Director of Marketing - Full Service Restaurant Chain** Headquartered in San Diego, California, our brand is a well-loved breakfast and brunch concept known for high flavor and a fun vibe. We're a franchise-driven concept with 40 locations across five states including CA, NV, AZ, ID, and TX. As we continue growth in new markets, we're seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Marketing to join our corporate team in San Diego. Whether your expertise lies in retail, hospitality, restaurants, full or limited service, your understanding of accomplishing goals through franchisees is what sets you apart. Prior junior or senior-level experience with a franchised restaurant chain is preferred, but experience with other types of franchised concepts will be considered. In this role, you will strategize, design, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen our brand in existing markets and fuel our growth in new markets. You will create, communicate, and implement an annual marketing calendar that boosts guest frequency and lifetime value. Engaging new demographics with tailored strategies to broaden our appeal will be a key focus. As the brand's spokesperson, you will articulate our story and values with excitement and authenticity, while effectively communicating with franchise owners to promote alignment and collaboration. You will direct the work of our in-house social media manager and graphic artist, collaborating with them to create compelling content. Additionally, you will oversee relationships with our branding agency and paid social media and influencer agencies to ensure alignment with our brand and marketing objectives. Requirements

  • Prior junior or senior-level experience in a franchised chain environment, with an understanding of accomplishing objectives through franchisees.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong track record in executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a knack for collaboration and fostering strong relationships.
  • Deep understanding of brand management, social media, and the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • 4 years of marketing experience (Required).
  • 3 years of leadership experience (Required).
  • 3 years of management experience (Required).
