About the position

The Director of Marketing - Healthcare Technology will lead the marketing strategy for a rapidly growing company specializing in AI-based cancer diagnostics. This role focuses on developing branding, positioning, and messaging to enhance the company's market presence and customer engagement. The position offers an opportunity to impact growth and expand the company's portfolio while working within a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the company's marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, and developing value propositions and messaging.
  • Create content and collateral such as clinical presentations, articles, blogs, case studies, and videos.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders from content ideation through production, execution, and distribution.
  • Lead company participation in clinical meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Participate in the company's public relations and media outreach activities.
  • Lead campaigns and promotional activities, optimizing engagements with the target audience and enhancing the company's digital footprint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of marketing management experience in a healthcare technology company.
  • Prior experience in a high growth start-up environment in the healthcare field preferred.
  • Proven track record of marketing high-tech products to mainstream customers during the early start-up period.
  • Experience with smart copywriting skills and briefing agencies, along with the ability to provide art and creative direction.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, self-driven, passionate, team-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in AI-based healthcare technology marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
