About the position

The Director of Marketing Operations at RentVision is responsible for leading and managing multiple teams, including the Media Team, Website Implementation Team, Digital Advertising Team, and Revenue Management Team. This role is crucial for driving the company's growth by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services to customers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. The director will be measured on the speed and accuracy of service implementation and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) your direct reports.
• Lead the organization as a member of the executive leadership team.
• Oversee customer implementation and onboarding process.
• Ensure timely implementation of our software products and services for customers.
• Manage the operational budget.
• Hire, train, and retain high-quality employees.
• Continuously analyze and improve operational processes.
• Weigh in on the feasibility of fast, systematic onboarding & implementation of new products.
