As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing processes and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing efforts. This role involves managing marketing automation systems, data analytics, budget allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive and high-performing marketing activities. You will lead a team responsible for optimizing marketing (and sales) processes, implementing scalable systems, and driving data-driven decision-making to maximize revenue generation across the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of marketing operations, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management. You will develop and implement marketing operations strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives, collaborate with the CMO and other senior leaders, and own the marketing operations roadmap. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the marketing technology stack, leading a high-performing marketing operations team, identifying and implementing process improvements, managing the marketing operations budget, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. In addition, you will oversee marketing analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations across the customer journey to improve marketing performance, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing systems and platforms. This position is crucial for driving engagement and conversion through effective marketing automation workflows and campaigns, while also ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.
