About the position

In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming the way students perceive and manage their finances through the Ramsey Education curriculum. This position is focused on developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that resonates with educators and students alike. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic marketing team of over 135 professionals, ensuring that the marketing efforts align with the mission of Ramsey Education to alleviate financial stress among teens. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration across various departments and ensuring that the marketing initiatives are effectively communicated and executed. As the owner of the marketing strategy, you will work closely with the leadership team to set a clear vision for the marketing direction of Ramsey Education. This includes actively participating in quarterly and annual revenue projections based on planned marketing activities, managing the marketing budget, and making necessary adjustments to meet monthly revenue goals. You will also be tasked with analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts. Your expertise in K12 education marketing will be essential in navigating the curriculum adoption process and ensuring that the marketing strategies are tailored to meet the needs of educators and students. This position requires a proactive approach to seeking input from stakeholders and marketing leaders, as well as a commitment to professional growth and excellence within the team. You will lead by example, setting high expectations for collaboration, accountability, and performance monitoring. Your ability to leverage data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, will be critical in assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making informed decisions to pivot strategies when necessary. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Ramsey Education.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the Ramsey Education marketing budget, making projections and adjustments for monthly revenue goals.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual revenue projections based on planned marketing activity.
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns and messaging, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders, marketing leaders, and business units to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Expertise in K12 Education Marketing is required.
  • Working knowledge of the curriculum adoptions process.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a leadership and/or team building role.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
