About the position

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external and internal marketing efforts to maintain budgeted census levels.
• Ensure high levels of customer service for residents and families during the admissions process.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents and families to promote services offered.
• Make presentations to small or large groups regarding the community's offerings.
• Project a confident and credible professional image in all interactions.

Requirements

• Education or experience in customer service or health care is desirable.
• At least one year of experience in a health care facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the aging population.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
