As our new Director of Marketing for The Watermark Hotel, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities and the team itself. You will develop and implement a business plan and sales and marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability to exceed revenue matrixes, gain market share, and grow new account business. Uses leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit and ensure quality. Effective management of assigned staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction and positive team member relations. The Director of Marketing focuses on client and hotel objectives in support of Our Quality Pledge and Standards of Service for the B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's The Watermark Hotel, Wren Tysons & Perch Putt. The Director of Marketing manages the property's reactive and proactive sales & marketing efforts while maintaining accountability for achieving revenue opportunities, and growing market share under the guidance and supervision of the RDOSM and SVP of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. The Director of Marketing reports to the RDOSM and SVP of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management and will engage with Sales and Operations professionals throughout the portfolio.
