Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a Director of Marketing to be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and brand vision. This role is crucial in leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and expand the brand's market presence. The successful candidate will be innovative, possess a strategic mindset, and have a deep understanding of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness. The Director of Marketing will craft and implement creative marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This includes identifying target markets, analyzing consumer trends, and leveraging market research to develop effective campaigns and initiatives. The role also involves overseeing the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and traditional advertising. The Director will define and shape the overall brand identity, positioning, and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. In addition, the Director will develop and maintain brand guidelines, monitor brand perception, conduct market research, and use customer feedback to enhance brand equity. Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing marketing team is essential, as is fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution. Strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners will be fostered to maximize marketing opportunities. The role also includes overseeing the development and maintenance of a compelling online presence, ensuring an exceptional user experience across digital platforms. Leveraging data analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and maximize online sales is a key responsibility. The Director will develop and manage the marketing budget, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Regular reports and presentations to senior leadership will be provided, highlighting marketing performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements
