About the position

The Director of Marketing at Visions Adolescent Treatment Center will spearhead marketing initiatives to foster growth for the organization and its facilities. This role is pivotal in shaping the marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing team, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments to enhance programming and services in the mental health and addiction recovery sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of business development and coordination of care for Visions and Arrow House.
• Continuous evaluation and enhancements to programming at all locations in coordination with Program Directors.
• Work with Program directors and HR to establish Training/Education programs for various employee groups (therapists, front line).
• Coordinate with Clinicians on specialty services for clients as needed.
• Establish Marketing strategy and initiatives alongside senior leadership.
• Direct Marketing team by clearly outlining team and individual goals.
• Facility tour Coordination.
• Oversight of Marketing team.
• Coordination with marketing team regarding Ed Consultant relationships and follow through.
• External Conference organization and oversight.
• Budget Management for Marketing Budget.
• Manage Sachs relationship and be on the weekly calls.
• Oversee Website updates.
• Event Coordination oversight.
• Attending outside marketing events.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Maintain understanding of the mental health and substance field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a marketing related role.
• Experience in the healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction recovery industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-started mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
