About the position

The Director of Marketing at Nomo Smart Care will lead the brand's marketing efforts, setting the vision and growth strategy for the organization. This role requires a hands-on leader who can enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition through a comprehensive understanding of traditional, digital, and mobile marketing channels. The Director will oversee all aspects of brand messaging, marketing strategies, and performance measurement to maximize company value and results.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and elevates the brand narrative, crafting messaging that increases brand recognition and customer loyalty.
  • Establishes the overall vision and growth strategy for the marketing function across all channels.
  • Creates opportunities for company growth through a strong understanding of the marketplace and consumer needs.
  • Collaborates with product development team around app and product enhancements to increase competitive gain.
  • Works with E-commerce team to execute the brand's digital and product experiences.
  • Responsible for media strategies, buying, and messaging through paid and owned channels.
  • Leads go-to-market product launches with omnichannel campaign strategies.
  • Collaborates with product and engineering team on mobile app design and market research.
  • Provides actionable insights through deep analysis of campaign performance and generates reports on KPIs.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions meet user needs and enhance user experience.
  • Manages the marketing budget, optimizing resource use and providing accurate forecasts.
  • Stays current on digital marketing trends and identifies new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in marketing, brand management, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing brand strategies with successful execution.
  • Digitally expert with extensive experience in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience with mobile apps including design and marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing holistic marketing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and superior analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Successful track record of winning over stakeholders and managing diverse relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
