About the position

The Director of Marketing-B2C at National Pool Partners Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans aimed at attracting potential customers while retaining existing ones. This position requires a data-driven approach to reduce customer churn and foster loyalty, ultimately building long-term, brand-defining relationships with clients. The Director will oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels. In this role, the Director will manage retention initiatives throughout the customer journey, which includes the strategy and execution of email, push, and SMS marketing campaigns, as well as loyalty and subscription programs. The Director will also be responsible for end-to-end management of CRM campaigns, which encompasses targeting, segmentation, setup, development, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization. Implementing best practices across the website and CRM channels to grow and nurture the customer database is essential. The Director will launch multi-channel campaigns and create engaging content to enhance website rankings and social media engagement. Additionally, the role involves creating and managing the annual marketing calendar to optimize the marketing budget and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Identifying partner and event opportunities to drive brand awareness is also a key responsibility. The Director will manage multiple local brands, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across various channels and touchpoints. This position requires travel to various regions to support branches, with an expected travel commitment of 10-25%, which may include overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably in consumer advocacy or a related field.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in a high growth start-up environment and navigating change.
  • Experience in B2C marketing is required.
  • HubSpot and HubSpot integration experience is required.
  • Experience marketing/advertising a service.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and employee experience.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing campaign strategies and Google Marketing Strategies.
