We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity to lead our US marketing team as Director of Marketing at Comarch Inc. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and agile leader ready to shape and execute innovative marketing initiatives in the US market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive in setting the direction rather than waiting for it, and capable of navigating complex, multi-regional environments with strong leadership and B2B marketing expertise. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Comarch USA and Canada, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. This includes identifying key market opportunities and challenges, creating targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns that are goal-oriented and focused on clear KPIs and measurable outcomes. The role requires managing the overall strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and collateral, ensuring all initiatives are driven by data and aligned with defined objectives. In addition to strategic planning, the Director will lead, manage, and mentor the USA marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and professional growth. This includes managing staff focused on Product Marketing and other Marketing Specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical processes. The Director will also manage lead generation campaign strategies to support sales and business development efforts, ensuring every initiative is intentional and targeted with clear goals. Budget management is another critical aspect of this role, requiring the development and management of the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Finally, the Director will build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and media outlets, oversee marketing strategies for events, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
