About the position

The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing efforts for C-Line Products, Inc., focusing on developing innovative marketing strategies, overseeing product development, and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires a creative leader with strong communication skills to inspire the marketing team and drive sales growth while ensuring compliance with marketing regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Set overall vision and strategy for marketing initiatives in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Develop annual marketing strategies and plans.
  • Oversee marketing team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
  • Ensure that current products are marketed and new products are introduced in accordance with planned objectives.
  • Oversee new product and new market development activities.
  • Lead the overall product pricing strategy.
  • Oversee marketing collateral and ensure consistent corporate brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns with engaging and informative content.
  • Provide key input on company website strategy.
  • Leverage social media, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics to promote the company brand and products.
  • Work with key customers to develop corporate and individualized marketing plans.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful promotions and campaigns.
  • Strong background in performance marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of website management, HTML, e-commerce, web analytics, SEO, Google Adwords, and social media.
  • Understanding of legal compliance requirements related to marketing efforts.
  • Experience in product development and line management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience with 4-5 years managing a marketing department or team.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field.
